3. AI Training

Your data is not used to train shared AI models. Models may be fine-tuned solely for your organization upon request, and those fine-tuned models remain isolated to your account.

We share data only: with service providers necessary to operate the platform (cloud infrastructure, email); when required by law; with your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Data is retained per your configured policy (default 90 days). You may request deletion at any time. Account data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after closure.
